Pulled out in front of me on the road beside the mellow mushroom and immediately put their hazard lights on, began frantically waving for me to pass them. I thought something might have been wrong with their car so I slowed down and began to pass them and when I did, they turned their lights off, flipped me the *** and were mouthing something. We pulled up to the red light across from the Browns Mill Walmart and they got into the left lane going straight (I’m in the right lane, going straight), they flipped me off again while driving past me. The light turned green and then they tried to cut me off to get into my lane before putting their blinker on. I slowed down and gave them space and motioned for them to get in, but they kept swerving back and forth. Then they did cut me off and immediately got into the turning lane to go up the hill towards Walmart, in turn cutting another individual off.
