This is "technically" a report on bad parking, but I have reason to believe that it goes beyond that. The truck was parked on a handicap ramp in a hospital parking garage, making it to where two handicap people would be stranded and unable to get in their vehicles. But since no one is wicked enough to actually be this inconsiderate, it needs to be noted that this person is obviously severely vision-impaired to not be able to see the obviously wrong spot that they were parking. Or perhaps they don't realize their inability to drive a vehicle that is so far outside of their aptitude to handle. A parking ticket is not enough, as this person needs to have their license revoked for being unable to properly see or operate their vehicle well enough.

How generous to call this driver a person. I think a person uncapable of thinking outside of them and theirs is no better than a mindless beast. This driver is not a person. A person considers how their actions impact other people and consider what is fair, not just what they can do.

This inconsiderate driver decided the best place to park at a hospital was the loading ramp between two handicap parking spaces. This directly lead to a handicap woman trying to leave said hospital unable to leave properly (meaning she had to struggle to put her chair in the trunk of her car and was unable to leave her car after arriving home) due to this person's inconsiderate and illegal actions.
