The boy driver continuously drives recklessly down Merion Place. He swerved and almost hit me while I was weeding beds on my property in one episode. During other episodes, he speeds and swerves, going very fast (estimated at 40mph+) in a 25mph zone. When neighbors and I look at the vehicle while he noisily passes us (most recently today about 4:20pm), he flips us the "bird" then speeds up more and starts swerving again. Something needs to be done before someone is hurt or killed by this reckless, disrespectful driver.
