Nov 15, 2023 First time this car tail gate our car in the morning when we going to school with our daugther. Second time this car speed over us when we were helping our daughter to get of the car, we made signals with the hand like saying slow down but it speed anyway and used it's horn at the same time, on Tue. nov.14 between 6:40pm and 6:55pm worst of all of this, we think is probably a neighbor here in Ashland
