The owner of this vehicle was driving very recklessly going north up the 205 on 8/28/26 around 9:15 pm. I was driving in the middle lane and noticed this driver started aggressively flashing the driver in front of him to my left despite the driver in front seemingly going a reasonable speed. The Lexus suddenly sped up to the driver in front and even though the other driver and I were essentially diagonal from each other, with barely any space between our vehicles (at least based on lane positioning), the Lexus swerved into my lane extremely suddenly. If I had not noticed the aggressive flashing, which caused me to start paying attention to the Lexus, I almost certainly would have been hit, but thankfully I managed to swerve out of the way just in time to the right lane since no one was there. The Lexus then sped up to probably around 90-100 mph as I honked, recovered my lane position, and it started swerving in and out of traffic. This individual should not have a license and could have seriously hurt or killed me or many other people on that road tonight.
