I was attempting to merge onto the highway, I-90 west, in Avon Ohio at 1:10 pm, while a female driver of this Ford E-350 was completely in the way because she was on her phone. I couldn’t merge at all. She made it very dangerous for me to get on the highway, to the point I was in the pull-off lane to the right because she would not get over to the left. Then she proceeded to get mad at me. I don’t know what will come of this report, but I hope something does because I am so sick and tired of seeing drivers on their phones. She was very young and I’m assuming it is a company truck. She had her phone at eye level the whole time I was driving directly next to her, trying to get her attention because I could not get on the highway. It is dangerous. She had so much room to move over to the left. Thank you for your time, and I am praying that something actually happens and she will learn how dangerous being on your phone while driving really is. I don’t want anyone to get hurt, including the girl driving! She could easily injure herself and others driving the way she was.
