She was illegally parked in a handicap parking spot with no placard or license plate! I, who am handicapped and have a license plate, asked her where her plate or placard was and she responded by saying, "F-***!" When she couldn't get out of the parking spot, she approached my vehicle and began banging on my window yelling at me, asking, "Where *** is your placard?" I opened my door instead of the window to avoid being assaulted or spit on and told her, "They're on the back of my vehicle. You should be ashamed of yourself young lady, you're a terrible human." Again, she began cursing at me and drove away flipping me her middle finger. I tried calling the non-emergency police line to report her illegal parking and her threatening manner, but she drove off before I could get through. In the photo of her license plate, you'll see the blue line marking the handicap space.
