This car was parked between 2 disabled parking spots (over the blue diagonal lines) at Ballpark Village on 8/16/2026. A concert we were attending was stopped early due to severe weather, and we were ushered out of Busch Stadium in advance. Neither of the differently abled, wheelchair-using folks could open the ramps to their vans to get into the vehicle, and we had to sit in a thunderstorm for over 35 minutes until the owner finally came out after the rain had stopped. We were unable to get help from Ballpark Village via phone or in person, and police were far too busy to come for such a small matter comparatively. Overall, very frustrating, to say the least. This person needs the maximum fine posted. Call log to police that night around 22:05 should also be available. See photos below.
