The driver was glued to the phone and almost hit me when the car slowly drifted into my lane and didn't notice until I honked the horn. Then this guy got mad and followed me for a mile or two bumper to bumper with his brights on. My mother-in-law and my little 12-year-old cousin were in the car, terrified. I later made a report to the police. That driver shouldn't be allowed to drive.

There are two incidents with this vehicle. The driver was intoxicated, driving in the middle of the road, swerving, and almost went onto the sidewalk after the car hit the curb. I wasn't sure if the driver was intoxicated when they came to a sudden stop, and it looked like maybe it was a medical problem, until a week later when I saw the car again, speeding, and the guy driving was smoking meth or crack with a pipe that has a bulb that lights when they are smoking it. I went to call the police, but my phone died right after I unlocked it. I figured it was too late by the time I had a chance to call. They need to get this car off the road before someone ends up dead! It's scary that there are people like that behind the wheel!
