This is a very immature and dangerous driver. He would not let cars respectfully pass him. He would slow down under speed limit when there was only one lane and then, as soon as we had a passing lane and vehicles attempted to pass, he would cut us off and aggressively accelerate to at least 80mph in a 55mph zone. He would then intentionally slow down again when there was no passing lane. He took the Manchester exit off of the Hal Rogers Parkway after slamming his brakes in front of me whilst having the audacity to give me the finger. He was likely intoxicated and appeared to be distracted by his phone the whole time. This occurred at around 7pm on 9/20/26 from about 10 miles west of the Manchester exit on Hal Rogers Parkway East and only ended when he took the Manchester exit. Caucasian male in his 20s or early thirties with brown hair and beard. I hope his insurance company and the bank carrying his loan find out he is driving like this with their property.
