Actively driving to cause a collision. Driving behind this person, the vehicle ahead is slowing to enter the right-hand turn lane. Both myself and this driver are slowing at a regular and safe pace. Out of nowhere, the person in this Hyundai slams on their brakes, forcing me to do the same, causing the items I had on my seat to fall to the floor. Giving them time and space approaching the upcoming red light, I wait for other traffic to clear in the left lane to get away from them. As I am switching lanes, they slam on their brakes again, and again I am able to avoid a collision. As I pass this "lady," I can hear her screaming, flicking me off, and leaning on her horn.
