This driver goes out of his way to create near-miss accident opportunities with pedestrians throughout IU Bloomington's campus. I have had two run-ins with him now, both while walking in marked pedestrian walkways. Both times he accelerated to block my passage, and both times rolled down his window to yell at me that "pedestrians do not have the right of way in Indiana" - which is just blatantly wrong, and worst of all, aggressive in his ignorance. I'm reporting on this website because the police refuse to do anything until he actually hits someone.

Driver threatens to hit pedestrians legally crossing marked crosswalks. Rolls down his window to scream at them "Learn the laws, you don't have the right-of-way!" A genuine lunatic who believes he doesn't have to let pedestrians cross the road before accelerating through intersections. He almost pinned my legs between his car and the one in front of him yesterday in the middle of stop-and-go traffic.
