Coming out of Wendy’s on 183rd & Halsted, the KIA rammed my rear driver's side bumper. Two women got out laughing, asked me, “was that like that already,” saying sorry and that she didn’t see me sitting right in front of them. It was almost another accident because my car was blocking the view of people pulling out of Popeyes next door, so I was going to pull my truck out of the street. Just as the owner was supposed to give me her information, they jumped in the car and left. If you look in the bumper reflection, you can see the two drivers. One was the driver, and the other is supposedly the owner of the car. The owner said she lost her phone / didn’t have her phone, and her insurance information was on her phone. Luckily, I took these few pictures before I went to move my car. I had two passengers in my car (86 and 52 years old) who are in shock. The KIA appeared to have other backseat passengers (a guy I saw and maybe a child) as well. I guess since she decided she had no damages, she decided to just drive off (hit and run).
