The driver was a young man from what I could see, which wasn't much as I was trying to focus on driving my daughter to school. We were both in the right lane on H1 traveling westbound. He abruptly went over the solid line and swerved around me right at the 11th Avenue on-ramp, nearly hitting me, and went on the shoulder then cut back right in front of me, nearly hitting my bumper. I honked at him. He brake checked me then kept going, tailing the car in front of him very closely. As we both took the Kapiolani off-ramp, I was in the left lane, and he in the right, which had already ended, so he continued driving in the shoulder lane beside me, yelling and making hand gestures. Had I not braked, we would have hit each other, so I did, and he cut in front of me, nearly hitting the white truck in front. He then brake checked me again and was swerving left and right as if he was protecting his lane should I think of overtaking him. I then asked my daughter, who witnessed all of this in the back seat, to record him. He didn't do much after this, as perhaps he saw her hand up with the phone. After getting onto Kapiolani Boulevard, he continued to cut in front of me as he seemed to not want me to get on the side of him. In the process, he cut off and nearly hit a few cars. *** like this shouldn't be on the road.
