This man likes to tailgate vehicles. Regardless of your speed, over or under, he will tailgate you. He then went into the right lane to pass, but there was not enough space in front of me and the vehicle he was now behind. He still proceeded to get back into the left lane, causing me to go off the road to avoid him hitting me. He continued driving this way behind every vehicle he got behind, tailgating and cutting drivers off. He came from Merritt Island, drove down FL-528 w, exited FL-528 w onto I-95 N. This human (if you can call him that), has no care for others on the road and he will run you off the road. Even his face showed absolutely no care in the world for the reckless driving he was doing. Good luck to anyone who encounters him. He is going to eventually hurt someone because people who drive like him always survive in crashes while the other person's family is planning a funeral due to drivers like him.
