The BMW driver rear-ended a car stopped at a red light on Wolcott St in Waterbury, CT around 3:40 pm on Oct 6, 2024. Immediately deciding to leave the scene, the BMW driver went into the left turn lane while traffic was coming without even signaling, resulting in a collision with damages to both vehicles and injuries.
