On 6/7 around 1:45 PM I was pulling into the Canes located in Benbrook on HWY 377. As I was pulling in, a truck with this license plate started to back up and almost ran into my car. I pressed my brakes hard. I had both of my daughters, ages 16 and 11, with me. They were fine but shocked from the hard brake. The individual in this vehicle, the only individual in the truck, pulled up next to me and started yelling at me while I was in the drive-through. I rolled my windows down to try to understand why he was upset since he almost hit me. He proceeded to yell at me and yell that I almost hit him, then he started yelling at my 16-year-old daughter for her reaction to him almost hitting my car and him yelling and cussing at me. I couldn't even get a word out from how angry he was and his yelling. His face was red and filled with anger, and he proceeded to cuss out my children and myself and told me to go back to Mexico and he spat on my car and sped off. I am a 46-year-old woman taking my kids for Canes after a yard sale, minding my business. He pulled up to my car.
