This driver tried to run me off the road. Is crazy. Should not be driving. Very creepy. On all apps that look up owner this owner/driver is protected by privacy even though a very young obviously irresponsible driver. Also has a totally cheesy mustache even though is frame is real skinny. Looks gay

This young Hispanic looking man ( maybe 17-25? ) had a very cheesy looking mustache on his skinny frame. Anyways, he came so close to the back of my vehicle it was quite scarey . I was not driving slow,,even so sped up more and he kept right on the back of me OBVIOISLY trying to scare me..,,even though no cars were in the right lane and he all along just could have passed me.. WAS A TOTAL CREEP!!!! He was harrassing me and I tried speeding way way up and then breaking a bit,,,which caused him to suddenly get in right lane and then try to swerve into the right side of my car while sticking out his tongue at me, I tried to take a photo of his license plate a couple times but my camera refused to work right,,my phone camera kept fliipping the viewpoint WITHOUT me ordering it to do so...was sooo strange...but I just looked at the plate and memorized it and sent it right away in a text to a friend so i would not forget. It was not the regular Arizona plate...it was arizona cardinals plate. with a little red bird face on the left of the plate...and i think the plate was black and the numbers might have been white?? was just concentrating on the numbers. I looked him up immediately and he is protecetd by some sort of privacy...neither is licensce or VIn number ( which i found online ) will aloow me in PAID SITES ONLINE to see who he is because he is LISTED as having the right to that privacy. He tried to run me off the road! I am greatly offended that anyone is allowed to keep their identity secret hiding behind what looks like cops...this is disgusting that anyone can hide what should be public record and USE THAT TO HARRASS INNOCENT TARGETS!!!!
