Witnessed this driver cut off a woman with kids in her back seat as she was trying to go around him after being stopped by a passing train. Both parties were sitting at a light and she went to get around him. It appeared he didn't notice and started to do the same maneuver to make a left and cut off the woman. He then proceeded to flip her off and then brake-checked her. She hit the brakes hard, which stopped any collision, but the car seat in the back looked like it failed, and a child went face-first into a screen. If the driver showed any level of patience or regard for human health or life, this would not have occurred.
