Mazda driver hit a dog and then got out of his vehicle in a rage and blamed another driver that was not even present during the hit, screaming at the man that he was a "dog killer, and that he was a murderer" when in fact the driver of the Mazda hit the dog. He then got back in his vehicle after stopping traffic and almost getting hit by another vehicle himself and drove off in a rage. This was after the dog got up and ran away that was laying 5-10 ft in front of the Mazda driver's vehicle. The back end of this man's car had obviously already been in an accident in the past because the back end of his car was crushed. He is not a safe driver and completely insane!
