The driver of this car is extremely reckless. They were following me down the hill on 200 E just south of Center. I was going the speed limit, and they were tailing me worse than I’ve ever seen. They did this for two blocks, and at 200 S, they went into the shoulder and sped past me to the stop sign at a high rate of speed, then turned in front of another car and sped down that street. By the time I got to the stop sign (again, going the speed limit), I got to watch them run the red light to take a left turn at 100 E and 300 S.
