I was traveling south memory lane toward market street where it is 35 mph at most and one lane. This driver was mad he wanted to go faster and passed me in a one-lane road, almost hitting the median concrete, and then had to stop at the red light anyway. He must have been going 70 or more. Then he kept speeding where limits were 25-30 on eastern Boulevard east, weaving through traffic, tailgating other cars, and ran at least two stop signs by following cars in front of him and trying to pass them on a one-lane road.
