This driver maneuvered and attempted to have my mother and me in our vehicle T-boned in an intersection taking a left on an exit ramp of which she completely stopped her car at the entrance, after having cut us off on the left turn out of the intersection onto the exit ramp. Again, we took a left turn on Route 70, this woman cut us off from the left while we were making this turn (which was a single lane) and she cut in front of us and completely stopped her car while a large truck (18-wheeler) was the oncoming traffic. This behavior is despicable and unacceptable. The woman was a 60-something, 5'7" blonde woman with a round haircut to above her shoulders and large sunglasses. She later pulled into the Smithfield outlets, where she noticed we had arrived too and attempted to instigate a fight with me.
