I was travelling Kildaire Farm Road crossing through the intersection of Ten-Ten, when this driver passed me on the right in a turning lane, then cut me off. I honked my horn as he nearly caused an accident traveling at a very high rate of speed as he was passing. He then proceeded to slam on his brakes in retaliation to me honking my horn. He then proceeded to do it repeatedly on 4-5 more occasions to the point where he stopped traffic in the middle of the road. This was not only extremely dangerous, but he clearly was not worried if I slammed into him and had no regard for safety. In my opinion, this driver should lose their license or be fined for road rage behavior that could have impacted multiple cars. I was fortunate to avoid hitting him and hope that cars behind me were okay.
