They have a picture of the U.S. President bound, gagged, injured and unconscious on their tailgate. Obviously this is highly offensive to any reasonable citizen. Our children should not have to be exposed to this dangerous lunacy.

Truck’s tailgate displays a shrink-wrap of President Biden hogtied. This is personally disgusting as well as a Federal criminal offense threatening the POTUS. The truck is driving in a caravan of other vehicles, all bearing large flags that distract and intimidate other drivers.

This police officer is driving around with a picture of the President of the US bound and gagged, eyes closed on the tailgate of his truck. Threats against the President is a felony and a call to arms to the more susceptible percentage of the population to political violence. First amendment freedom of speech and expression does not protect a person against such threats. Cite this driver immediately
