Illegal parking, blocking crosswalk despite there literally being a sign right next to it that prohibits parking. Current vehicle placement makes U-turns extremely difficult without nearly scraping the car. U-turns are necessary for drivers heading to the Panera Bread parking lot from the roundabout exit. Parked at an intersection in front of a Panera Bread in the Kentlands. Time was approximately 7:45 pm est on Tuesday, May 6th. Model seems to be a Ford Malibu, unknown year. I told Panera staff, and they told me they don’t know whose car it was. The vehicle was off, so I doubt the person who parked it was doing a food delivery. Since Panera staff already knew about the car, I believe it has been sitting there for maybe more than 10 minutes.
