Hello to whom this may concern, I was getting on the interstate to Cummings and 27th St. I noticed this black truck going between lanes, thinking it was just reckless driving or someone intoxicated. But when I looked through my rearview mirror, I noticed there was an altercation happening inside the truck. There was a man driving who was violently pushing the woman passenger and throwing multiple punches. When the green light came, I unfortunately did not want to obstruct traffic. But his car didn’t move because he was too busy beating his passenger (a woman). I only was able to capture the license plate and vehicle, which may not help much considering evidence, but I hope someone is able to look into it. Thank you for your time.
